Returns Information

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Our 30-day return policy is simple and user friendly. It gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund. It's that simple. We will issue a full refund for most items returned within 30 days in new condition. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed for wear and damage. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All returns must arrive in their original packaging and in the original condition and the item tags not removed for a full refund. Items returned not in their original package will not be accepted. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few business days. Items (in their original condition) that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund of 80%.

How To Prepare A Return

To return an item to VirtualSokoni, follow our three step process:

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Contact stating your order number and reason for return and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return note and on the outside of the box you are returning in.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with an authenticity certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the replacement cost.
  3. Insure Your Package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. VirtualSokoni will not accept liability for undelivered items. If you do not insure your package, you are liable for the merchandise cost and related shipment charges in case of loss or damage in shipment.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within a few business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. If the returned item was a gift and the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be issued as a gift certificate for use on a future purchase.

How Refunds Are Calculated

If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Items that are Not Returnable

  • Damaged or altered items.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
  • Gift certificates.
  • Items purchased from sellers other than


While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange items.   Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us a few business days to process returns once they arrive. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.   1. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being available at time of the delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
  2. Delay in delivery due to act of God.
  3. Delay in delivery due to abnormal conditions.
