What is the total delivery time for my order?

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as noted below.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below.

Shipping Time / When can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipping time will be relative to your choice of shipment and availability of items you have selected. For shipments sent to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. The shipping times may vary for the range of products that we carry.


Delivery Method

Shipments to international addresses may incur other fees and duties that may need to be paid by the receiver in the foreign country. Items will be exported as "Gifts" or "Sample Items" when applicable.

Packages that require special handling (e.g. large and/or heavy packages) may incur charges not reflected during checkout. Should this be the case, we will contact you for further instructions.

Is my package insured?

Your package is insured during shipment to your destination.

How are my shipping costs determined?

Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order as well as the items' size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. These charges include the cost of shipping your order and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Signature Requirements

If your delivery is over $100 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS ® or other carriers. If your delivery is under $500 and shipped via any priority service, UPS ® or other carriers may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a UPS ® location call (800)406-1912. Since jewelry is often given for special occasions, we will be flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. To do this we will need to be in contact with you to obtain appropriate information.

What if I Am Not Shipping To My Billing Address?

If you ship to an address other than your billing address, we may contact you to verify the shipment in order to avoid fraudulent charges to your credit card or account. If you ship to an address other than the billing address on your credit card or payment account (such as PayPal,) it may be advisable to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, VirtualSokoni can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $100 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company (including PayPal) has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank or financing company (including PayPal) and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

In Stock Merchandise

In Stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. However, processing times will differ based on the shipment method you choose. See below for a full list of times by shipping method. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Business Days:

" Business Days " refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Shipping Surcharges

Based on size and/or weight, certain items may bear a Shipping Surcharge. Once you place an item in your Shopping Bag, the applicable surcharge will be added to the total shipping costs for your order.

Whether you're giving your gift in person, or sending it across the country, great gifts come in great packages. For only $5 per address shipped, we'll help ensure your gift is beautifully presented.

If the gift is being shipped to you, we'll present each item in our beautiful gift box. (Note: for certain merchandise gift wrap supplies will be provided to you for home assembly).

If the gift is being shipped directly to the recipient, we'll present each item in our beautiful gift box. Send your warmest wishes by including a personalized gift message at no extra charge.

Note: Gift Boxes are not available for certain items.

When you ship items to multiple addresses, we will add $4.00 for each additional address.

Shipping Gift Cards

Gift Cards are shipped for free via First Class mail. Boxed Gift Cards are shipped for a flat fee of $3.95. Gift Cards must be sent to a street address and will not be delivered to P.O. boxes. Gift Cards are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. Over night Express Delivery is not available for Gift Cards.

Note: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Shipping Jewelry

Shipping Jewelry to P.O boxes is discouraged due to the difficulty of locating addressees. Should you have no alternative, please ensure that you provide the recipients name, address and telephone number to be noted on the package. International packages cannot be delivered without a street address and telephone contact (which are noted on the package.)

Please allow an additional 7 days processing time when ordering a custom-sized ring. NOTE: size 10.5 is standard for men; size 7 is standard for women. All other sizes are considered custom.

The shipping estimates listed below represent the estimated amount of time that it will take for merchandise to be shipped from our facilities. In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than the times listed below.
