Missing Item From My Order
Sometimes because of varying item availability, you may receive more
than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will
not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with
your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If
you still have questions about items missing from your order, please

to assist you
An Order Did Not Arrive
Orders are shipped via UPS and can be tracked on our shipping carriers'
Web sites. If you wish to track an order, visit the tracking link provided
on your order shipment confirmation. If you still have questions about

Damaged or Defective Item
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you
receive from VirtualSokoni.com does not meet with your expectations,
simply return it to us. Please read our Return Policy for specific issues.
You will be refunded for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
Processing your return usually takes 2-5 business days from the day we
receive it. The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all
returns. A credit will be posted to the original credit card for the
cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
